Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community common areas, model units, and vacant apartments. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other common areas
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning floors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Follow company safety and cleaning protocols
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
